If you cannot remember your password, you’ll need to get a new one by following these instructions:

1. Go to the TimeBanks sign in screen.
2. Next to where you would enter your password, there is a Help! I forgot my password link; click this link.
3. A new screen pops up; type in your email address and click the request new password link at the bottom of the screen.
4. Go to your email and look for a new message from sysadmin@timebanks.org. If it’s not there yet, be patient!
Read the email message carefully and follow the instructions contained therein (including clicking on the embedded link to activate your new password). The password supplied is case sensitive, so be certain to use it exactly as shown.
5. You can now go to the TimeBanks sign in screen and enter the system using your newly supplied password.

If you just want to change your password:

1. Sign into the database and go into your profile by clicking the my account tab (upper right).
2. Click the My Profile button (upper center).
3. Click the Change Password button below that.
4. Fill out the form as indicated (remember the password is case sensitive), then click the change password button (lower right) to save it.
Next time you sign in, you’ll use the new password you just created.

If you're trying to get a new password and you're using AOL, you may notice the link contained in the email is not active (clickable). Just highlight the link and copy it, open an additional browser window, paste the link into the new window, and hit enter. You should get a message that the new password has been activated!
